The "Bodtea" name, aesthetic, and showroom photography are proprietary assets. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for intellectual property theft and will pursue legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices and cease-and-desist orders, against any entity found to be impersonating our brand or utilizing our original content.

Shipping & Delivery Security

To maintain the highest level of security for our clients, Bodtea reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation for any order, particularly those exceeding $200.

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" with a valid signature or carrier confirmation, Bodtea is not liable for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is secure and that an authorized person is available to receive the delivery.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

We take fraudulent activity seriously. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or a dispute filed under false pretenses (e.g., claiming non-delivery when a signature was obtained), Bodtea will provide all gathered evidence—including IP addresses, tracking data, and signature confirmation—to the relevant banking institutions.

Please note that filing fraudulent disputes may result in being blacklisted from our boutique and reported to consumer protection agencies, which may impact your future credit and purchasing ability.

Governing Law

These terms and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
